For the LG Shaker Group Partner Event, we managed the complete event experience from start to finish. This included securing the hotel venue, full branding across all touchpoints, and handling the registration and hosting of over 200 attendees. We designed and executed the key visual, tent cards, and name cards, ensuring a cohesive brand identity throughout the event. A large LED screen showcased presentations, while a dedicated product display area highlighted LG’s latest HVAC solutions. To elevate the atmosphere, we arranged live entertainment, interactive interviews, and personalized giveaways for the guests. Professional photography and videography teams were on-site to capture every key moment, ensuring complete coverage of the event.
